VCL held the AGM for the year 2020 successfully

The Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting (The Meeting) for the year 2020 of Vientiane Center Lao Public Company (VCL) was successfully held at 14:00 on April 30, 2021 with the strict implementation of COVID-19 protection measures. 15 Shareholders were attending the Meeting including 11 Shareholders and 4 proxies representing 143,534,200 shares or 97.51% of the total shares which was in line with the quorum of the Meeting. The Meeting had approved VCL's 2020 Financial Report, Dividend Distribution Plan, Replacement of VCL’s Directors and Legal Representative, Replacement of the Committees’ Members of the Board of Directors, and Appointment of Auditing Firm. After voting, Mr. Wang Weikun would replace Ms. Zhou Lei as VCL’s Chairman and Legal Representative.
